Shipping & Refund Policy

SHIPPING

All orders received by 1:00PM EST on a business day, will ship within 2 business days of order receipt. Please allow extra processing time for any orders received over a weekend or holiday. Shipping rates vary based on your order quantity, carrier and speed of service selected, however a sample of standard shipping rates is as follows:

1 unit - $5.95
2 units - $7.95
3 units - $8.95
4 units - $10.95

 

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days after delivery of the product (per the carrier’s tracking system).* If 30 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please send us an email at info@trivae.com with your order number in the subject line along with details outlining the reason for your return request and, if approved, we will issue you a return authorization number and provide details on where to ship your product. RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of time dependent upon the card issuer’s processing times.

*If the product is damaged unintentionally or intentionally by the customer, we reserve the right to deny a full refund, but may issue a partial refund. Items arriving without retail packaging or in damaged packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
 
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable; all approved refunds will be issued less shipping charges. If you are returning a product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product to us. If you are exchanging the product for another, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the original product to us as well as the costs incurred by us to ship you the new item.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered to us in order to be eligible for the refund.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Quality is our highest priority, so please let us know if you have any concerns. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us immediately as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased but was shipped to the person who purchased the gift, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment to the purchaser if the return is approved.

If you are the recipient of a gift and need to exchange it subject to the policy described above, then the item may be exchanged, but a refund will not be granted.

Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you are waiting for a refund, be sure to check with your bank or credit card company, depending on your original form of payment, and contact them if needed as it may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted. If you have taken all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trivae.com.

Fantastic!

I love my Trivae! No longer do I have to put steaming lids on the counter, creating messes. I like how it folds compactly for storing and I have also used it as a trivet when entertaining. I have purchased more for Christmas gifts - I know my family will love them too!

I bought 4 of these thinking they would be a unique holiday gift for friends. We took one out of the box to try and it was instantly one of the best additions in our kitchen. It is now a permanent fixture beside the cooktop saving room on the counter for other work and removing any care a hot, steamy lid will roll to the floor. It is also quite handy in the "lid" position as a raised hot plate and we use it flat for hot cookie sheets coming out of the oven. The construction and design are well thought out and I have no regrets about spending the money.
I will be purchasing more!

Fantastic Missing Tool for the Kitchen!

I saw the Trivea advertised and watched the story of how it came to be. Being an avid home chef I recognized there was a void for holding hot, steamy pan lids. I was always searching for a place to put my lids down. I purchased three of them and use them all regularly. They are built incredibly well and when collapsed take up very little space. I use them also at the table is a trivet and also as a platform for drying my large wooden cutting boards. I would highly recommend the Trivae to anyone. They are excellent in every way. It’s very obvious the Trivae was very carefully thought out and engineered.
