We accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days after delivery of the product (per the carrier’s tracking system).* If 30 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line along with details outlining the reason for your return request and, if approved, we will issue you a return authorization number and provide details on where to ship your product. RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of time dependent upon the card issuer’s processing times.
*If the product is damaged unintentionally or intentionally by the customer, we reserve the right to deny a full refund, but may issue a partial refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable; all approved refunds will be issued less shipping charges. If you are returning a product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product to us. If you are exchanging the product for another, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the original product to us as well as the costs incurred by us to ship you the new item.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered to us in order to be eligible for the refund.
Quality is our highest priority, so please let us know if you have any concerns. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us immediately as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased but was shipped to the person who purchased the gift, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment to the purchaser if the return is approved.
If you are the recipient of a gift and need to exchange it subject to the policy described above, then the item may be exchanged, but a refund will not be granted.
Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you are waiting for a refund, be sure to check with your bank or credit card company, depending on your original form of payment, and contact them if needed as it may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted. If you have taken all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
