Shipping & Refund Policy
All orders will ship within 3-4 business days of order receipt from our U.S. warehouse. Please allow extra processing time for any orders received over a weekend or holiday. Processing times during busy holiday periods can increase by up to 3 business days so please place your orders well in advance of the desired arrival date for the best possible shipping outcomes.
We currently offer free shipping within continental U.S. on orders totaling $100 or more (after any applicable discounts are applied). Orders not totaling $100 or more will ship within the continental United States for a flat rate of $5.95. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee at checkout.
We accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days after delivery of the product (per the carrier’s tracking system). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (unless store credit is selected as your preferred refund option).
If the product is damaged unintentionally or intentionally by the customer, we reserve the right to deny a full refund, but may issue a partial refund. Items arriving without retail packaging or in damaged packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY
We encourage everyone to get a jump start on their holiday gifting! To make it easier, we extend our normal 30-day hassle free return policy for all orders placed between November 11 and December 15. Gift orders have until January 15 of the following year to request returns or exchanges.
Shipping costs and package protection are non-refundable.
All approved refunds will be issued less shipping charges. If you are returning a product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product to us. If you are exchanging the product for another, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the original product to us as well as the costs incurred by us to ship you the new item.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered to us in order to be eligible for the refund.
You also have the option to receive free returns and exchanges on your order for a small fee at the time of purchase. Please see any product page for full details.
Quality is our highest priority, so if something isn't right with your order, please contact us immediately with any concerns. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will work with you to arrange a speedy replacement (if possible) or refund per policy.
If you are the recipient of a gift and would like to return it subject to the policy described above, then the item may be exchanged or returned for store credit, but a refund will not be granted.
Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you are waiting for a refund, be sure to check with your bank or credit card company, depending on your original form of payment, and contact them if needed as it may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted.
